Project Coordination & Sales Quality

Turning messy projects and processes into organized, executable systems.

You know what needs to get done. I organize the moving pieces, build the process, and keep the work moving until it’s actually finished.

Sound familiar?

You may not need more ideas.
You may need more structure.

  • The project keeps moving, but no one clearly owns the next step.
  • The process lives in people’s heads instead of somewhere repeatable.
  • The same quality issue keeps resurfacing.
  • A good initiative started strong but never made it through implementation.
  • Everyone’s busy, but it’s hard to see what’s actually moving.

That’s the kind of messy middle I help organize.

Services

Three ways I help teams move from reactive to organized.

Project Coordination & Implementation

When

You have an initiative that needs to move, but the people, milestones, or follow-through aren’t fully organized.

I help with

Planning · coordination · implementation support · status tracking

So you get

Clear ownership, visible progress, and a project that actually reaches completion.

Systems & Process Improvement

When

Too much of the work lives in people’s heads, and things break the moment it gets busy.

I help with

SOP development · process documentation · workflow design · training/knowledge-transfer systems

So you get

A repeatable process that survives turnover, growth, and busy weeks.

Sales Quality & QA

When

You need earlier visibility into quality problems, before they become bigger ones.

I help with

Quality reviews · QA frameworks · root-cause analysis · reporting & corrective-action recommendations

So you get

Fewer surprises, and a clearer read on where risk is actually coming from.

Flagship Project

From Scattered Information to a Centralized Knowledge System

Department knowledge lived in people’s heads. I turned it into a shared, searchable resource — from concept through department-wide rollout.

See How I Work

Challenge: Quality-case knowledge lived with individual specialists rather than in a usable shared resource — every new question meant tracking down the right person.

Role: Originated the concept, scoped it, secured leadership sponsorship, and led it end to end.

Approach: Gathered requirements department-wide, designed a standardized intake method, built and curated the content library, coordinated the technical build with an internal developer, and tested before rollout.

Deliverables: A centralized, searchable departmental knowledge resource.

Outcome: Rolled out department-wide and still actively iterated on based on user feedback.

Skills: Project initiation · requirements gathering · stakeholder management · cross-functional coordination · change management

Investigation & Analysis

Turning Complex Evidence Into an Actionable Recommendation

Complex, cross-source information — organized into a clear, defensible recommendation that decision-makers could act on.

See How I Work

Challenge: Complex cases required pulling together evidence from multiple sources into a clear, defensible recommendation.

Role: Independently managed the investigation from intake to recommendation.

Approach: Cross-source record review, evidence organization, pattern analysis, and formal documentation, with escalation where appropriate — synthesizing ambiguous information into clarity for people who had to act on it.

Deliverables: A structured recommendation report.

Outcome: My recommendations routinely informed final case disposition across a high volume of quality and escalation cases spanning multiple campaigns.

Program Design

Building a Repeatable Quality-Control Program From a Recurring Risk

A one-time compliance concern kept resurfacing — so I built a repeatable program to catch it early, instead of reacting to it every time.

See How I Work

Challenge: A recurring compliance concern had no system in place to catch it early.

Role: Designed and stood up a recurring verification program from scratch.

Approach: Built a sampling approach, reusable request templates, deadlines, and response tracking — moving the work from Reactive to Repeatable to Proactive.

Deliverables: A repeatable audit cycle, with a plan to expand it further.

Outcome: Converted a reactive, one-off concern into an ongoing control.

Skills: Program design · process design · proactive risk management

Process & Stakeholder Collaboration

From Recurring Payout Issues to Better Front- and Back-End Controls

Recurring payout issues revealed gaps on both ends. I worked with stakeholders to strengthen the process from the front end and the back end.

See How I Work

Challenge: Recurring payout-related issues revealed gaps in both the information reps had on the front end and the detail available when payout concerns reached the quality team.

Role: Identified the recurring problem, analyzed where information gaps were occurring, and worked with stakeholders to develop practical solutions.

Approach: Brought the issue forward and collaborated with stakeholders on improvements from both directions. On the front end, the work led to a segment on an ICL call to improve rep understanding. On the back end, I advocated for more detailed payout information and additional verification to improve case review and better protect representatives.

Deliverables: A front-end education segment and a back-end recommendation for more detailed payout information and additional verification.

Outcome: Helped move a recurring issue from individual case handling toward more proactive education, stronger information flow, and additional verification.

Skills: Gap analysis · stakeholder collaboration · process advocacy · cross-functional communication

  2. Identify Gaps
  3. Engage Stakeholders
  4. Front-End Education + Back-End Verification
  5. Stronger Process

Sadie May at Invest Fest

About

I’m Sadie May.

I notice things. The process everyone has learned to work around. The same problem showing up over and over. The good idea that started strong but somehow stopped moving. Once I see something like that, I naturally start asking questions. What’s actually causing this? What are we missing? Who needs to be part of the conversation? And how do we make this work better?

That curiosity has followed me throughout my career. It’s led me from handling the work in front of me to looking at the bigger picture behind it. I’ve investigated recurring problems, coordinated moving pieces, built resources, documented processes, worked across teams, trained others, and helped turn ideas into something people can actually use.

What I’ve learned is that I really enjoy the space between “we know there’s a problem” and “here’s how we’re going to solve it.” Give me the moving pieces, the unanswered questions, and the people who need to be brought together, and I’m going to start creating structure.

In March 2026, I earned my CAPM® certification and I’m now working toward my PMP®. For me, that was about putting formal project management knowledge behind skills I had already started developing through real-world experience, and continuing to grow from there.

CAPM® Certified

If you have a project, process, or idea that needs someone to bring the pieces together and help move it forward, I’d love to hear about it.

How I Work

I don’t build process for its own sake.

I want to understand what’s actually getting in the way, build something people will realistically use, and adjust it based on what happens once it’s live.

  1. Understand

Learn the problem, desired outcome, constraints, and stakeholders.

  2. Structure

Create the plan, workflow, ownership, milestones, and documentation.

  3. Execute

Coordinate the moving pieces and move the work forward.

  4. Monitor

Track progress, risk, quality, and follow-through.

  5. Improve

Capture lessons, refine the system, and make the work easier to repeat.
